Registration for the next year!

   As I told you, I was convinced to go to the USA also during summer 2014.
And I haven´t changed my mind so I went to the Student Agency office today and I signed myself into next year for the Work and Travel program. This year, unfortunately, Niki can´t go with me so I thought I´ll go all by myself but then a friend of mine Juri wrote me that he´s been thinking about going to the USA for quite a long time and if I don´t mind, he would like to join me. Of course I don´t mind it, in fact the opposite is true.

   As last year I had to pass the interview in English, but since I already spent 4 months in the USA the interviewer only asked me about my first summer in the US. It lasted like 1,5 minute and it was done.
   I signed some papers, paid 175 dollars and went to the McCafe to enjoy the delicious cinnamon cappuccino ♥ - my reward :)

Juri was in the Student Agency offince one day after me and since his English is even better than mine I have no doubts that he passed with the Advaced English Level as I did.

All we have to do now is wait- the worst part of it all :) We´re thinkin about going to the west coast (possibly Hard Rock Cafe again) or maybe Texas... we´ll see later... now we have to focus on our bloody exams :)

The feeling that...

What I miss the most about being in the US...?

The feeling that I live my other life- Life with no worries, except paying the rent.
The feeling that I am responsible for myself.
The feeling that I can do whatever I please.
The feeling that somebody might miss me back at home.
That feeling that I never really know what´s gonna happen and who am I gonna meet.
The feeling that a person whom I just met, can become overnight one of the closest people.
The feeling of total freedom.

Plans for the summer 2014!

Becasue of the fact that I haven´t been everywhere I wanted and I haven´t seen everything I pleased I decided to make a list for summer 2014 so I won´t miss it the next year again! :)

1. Appartment of Carrie Bradshaw and Empire State Building... and... much more :D

2. Malibu beach

3. Longboard along the beach in California

4. Get a tattoo

5. Spend in San Diego more than 1 day

6. San Francisco- Twin Peaks, Alcatraz

7. Yosemite- Half Dome

8. Surfing

9. Bryce Canyon

10. Arches!

11. Calico Ghost Town

12. Bryce/Zion NP- horseback trip

13. Camping in the BedRock City! :)

Ready for next summer! :)

I must have changed the title of the blog because of one simple reason.
In spite of the fact that Niki and I spent together an AWESOME summer 2013, Niki decided (or better- is being forced) to stay home during the summer 2014! :( It is mainly because of the fact that she is gonna get her Bachelor degree so she has to be fully focused on her studies. :(

But! That doesn´t stop ME! :) I am definatelly going to the USA again next summer, no idea where, no idea when, no idea with whom but definatelly GOING!

So, wish me luck so it will go as smoothly as the last year! :)

Missing the other life

When listening to the songs we used to sing in the car I miss the road SO MUCH!
It was not easy, not always perfectly comfortable either. But it was our way how to ENJOY our lives, how to live FULL... And at that moment I felt the BLISS, the perfect happiness that I was dreaming about so often ♥
